The Real Leaders Project was an initiative that existed to inspire the world by sharing stories of “real leaders.” Between September 2011 and Jun 2014, we shared interviews with more than 60 “real leaders” including leading authors, venture capitalists, researchers, musicians, and athletes among others.   Every story inspired us to go further on this journey to meet and interview inspiring leaders from all over the world. And, every conversation with these wonderful leaders was a lesson in learning what’s possible if we kept chipping away in our quest to make this world a better place.

We, the Real Leaders team, decided to stop working on the Real Leaders project in June 2014 and have shared our reasons for doing so along with our learnings from the journey here. While this website might not see interview posts any more, the idea will live on in our hearts and we hope to continue sharing inspiring interviews on our personal blogs and websites..
